Overview

As a seasoned attorney, Adrian J. Lee puts his legal experience to work for clients as both a patent prosecutor and litigator. Mr. Lee’s wide-ranging technical proficiency and education allow him to effectively and prolifically draft and prosecute patent applications in computer software, networks, communications, optics, electronics, and semiconductors fields – having now been involved with the drafting and prosecution of over 1,000 United States patent applications. Mr. Lee is also heavily experienced in the prosecution of international patent applications. He also assists the firm’s largest clients with strategic patent planning. Mr. Lee serves as lead counsel for complex intellectual property litigation. Mr. Lee has practiced law in two technological hotbeds — Silicon Valley and Salt Lake City. He holds advanced degrees in engineering and business and also speaks and writes Japanese, allowing him to effectively counsel top tech companies in both the U.S. and Japan.
